A recipe for when you have fresh rhubarb. I don’t remember how much it makes. About a quart?

  1. Mix everything together
  2. Put everything in a saucepan/pot and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring pretty regularly, until it’s the consistency you want
  3. Bring to a quick boil at the end1
  4. Let cool
  5. Use2

  1. I don’t know if this is actually needed, I just made it up because it seemed like it should boil at least for a little bit, like an old potion ↩︎

  2. I used this as filling for little pastries and a pie ↩︎
